Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns unless the goods are damaged or you have received the wrong order. It is the buyers responsibility to check the dimensions, colours and photos before making a purchase.

At Everythingstudiosau we offer free shipping and would love to keep it that way in the future :)

• In the case of an order which has not been processed for delivery, you will be provided a credit for the value of the product less a 25% admin/processing fee to cover EverythingStudiosau' administrative costs and expenses incurred in handling and cancelling the order.
• In the case of an order which has been processed for delivery but not yet delivered, you will be provided a credit for the value of the product less a 25% admin/processing fee to cover EverythingStudiosau' administrative costs and expenses incurred in handling and cancelling the order. Delivery costs will not be credited and there will be an additional return fee equal to the delivery fee to return it to our warehouse. In the event that shipping is free, the shipping costs incurred to deliver the order to the customer will be deducted from the final credit.
• If the item has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or returned. 
• If goods are not delivered/collected within a specified time and the delivery/collection date is constantly changed and pushed out, we reserve the right, due to price/shipping increases and rate of exchange volatility to increase prices and charge storage fees or cancel the order and any money paid by the customer will be lost.
• We strive to provide you with high-quality products, but we can understand that defects can occur. If you receive a defected item, you may return it within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
